Baldur's Gate 3 gets new region, NPC, and quests - fan-made Act Two expansion released
Players will be able to participate in new battles and complete various quests.
The developers of Baldur's Gate 3 offered players three acts, but they vary in size. The first one turned out to be truly massive, while the subsequent ones are more compact. Not all players were satisfied with the "uneven" acts, so a fan initiative emerged aimed at expanding the acts.
A modification was recently released that adds a completely new region to explore in Baldur's Gate 3's second act, as well as other additional content.
While exploring the location, players will be able to meet new characters, complete various quests, and explore dungeons. Cutscenes were also prepared for the mod. The community-proposed content is intended for mid-to-high-level groups (8-10).
Modders also noted that they have prepared over 70 new items and dozens of battles.
The "Act Two Expansion - Custom Campaign" modification for Baldur's Gate 3 is distributed for free via Nexus Mods.

Larian Studios itself has now switched to working on a new cRPG in the Divinity franchise (the game has no subtitle). The developers have not yet announced a specific release date or release window for the game.
