NetEase has decided to take a stricter approach against players who leave matches after the first lost battle or intentionally hinder their team. The new system will consider the number of violations: a single instance will be punished more leniently, while repeated offenses will lead to longer bans. The developers also promise "even harsher" measures against those who regularly ruin the game for others. Specific timelines have not yet been disclosed, but penalties will no longer be limited to the standard 15-minute ban.
A separate penalty system will be introduced for "Quick Matches." However, NetEase will consider cases where a player leaves a match due to hardware or connection issues. After contacting support and verifying the situation, the penalty can be lifted.
