Recently, the developers of the truck driver simulator American Truck Simulator decided to return to the old format of events related to the World of Trucks service.
The first event in ATS will start in a few days. During the Cruising South Dakota Event, players will be offered to complete several tasks to receive rewards.
As usual, there is a community challenge: it is necessary to cover 150 million miles (or 241.4 million kilometers) by delivering cargo to or from any city in South Dakota.
There will also be a personal goal for players: it is necessary to complete deliveries to/from 13 cities in South Dakota. Deliveries with a route length of at least 100 miles (161 km) will be counted.
For completing the community goal, a cabin decoration “Ring-necked Pheasant” (a bird figurine) will be awarded, and the reward for the personal goal is the Call of the Badlands truck paint job and an achievement for the World of Trucks profile.
