The first game Liquid Swords was released on April 8 on PC and received “mixed” reviews on Steam, partly due to high hardware requirements, despite impressive graphics for an indie project.
On Xbox Series X, the game maintains 60 FPS most of the time, and drops to approximately 50 FPS are rare even during chases. Samson runs at an internal resolution of 1080p with subsequent upscaling to 4K. In 30 FPS mode, the console consistently maintains the set frame rate.
On PS5 Pro, 30 and 60 FPS modes are available with higher graphical settings than on the regular PS5. On Xbox Series S, the game only runs at 30 FPS.
The developers plan further updates and new content.
