In September, Ouroboros Studio, known for the Sonic Omens project, announced the release of a new version of the demo for their new game Race of the Nine Worlds.
The developers invite players to participate in races inspired by arcade classics and fantasy cartoons of the 2000s. According to the plot, a Great Serpent appeared in the world of the future, announcing the start of the "Race of the Nine Worlds" competition. The prize is control over the "Paths" that connect distant worlds, as well as "power capable of changing the fate of the universe".
The new demo version features Russian voice acting from GamesVoice studio, and also includes a number of changes:
- A new playable racer has appeared — Ardes, champion of Nox. He is described as a mighty warrior from the mysterious world of Nox with unique transport and ability.
- A new final stage track is available — Stratopolis, planet Earth: "A city of the future built under an artificial sky dome. On this high-difficulty track, players will have to use all their skills and hero abilities to succeed!"
- Various optimization improvements
- English voice acting has been completely redone by LazuArts.
