Sideshow Collectibles Opens Pre-Order for The Thing Statue - Superhero from "Fantastic Four"
In 2027, collectors longing for "Fantastic Four" and the Marvel universe will receive a new 48.5-centimeter statue of the superhero The Thing from Sideshow Collectibles.
Sideshow Collectibles has opened pre-orders for The Thing statue, also known as Benjamin Jacob "Ben" Grimm, from the Marvel comic book universe. The collectible can currently be purchased for $695 (58,937 rubles).
The statue measures 48.5 cm in height, 35.6 cm in width, and 46.4 cm in depth. The team captured this superhero, an experienced pilot and one of the founders of the Fantastic Four, in the midst of a battle with monstrous tentacles.
Ben Grimm's unique physiology is rendered with astonishing detail: each stone slab of his body is sculpted individually, yet all are firmly connected, forming that legendary orange silhouette, born for a good fight.
The new item's platform also returns the hero to where he belongs – to an uncharted planet, towards another unpredictable cosmic adventure.
The statue will be shipped between April and August 2027, so collectors will once again need to be patient.
