The release of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Remastered is approaching. Some enthusiasts are already starting to announce modifications that can improve various aspects of the updated version of CD Projekt RED's hit game.
A modder under the nickname Dima Halva published a trailer for the project "The Witcher 3: Gwent Remake". He said that this modification is designed to transfer the full version of the card game Gwent (Gwent: The Witcher Card Game) into The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
Dima Halva noted that the mod will add several hundred additional cards. Story characters will have their own decks and strategies. The modification will support nine languages.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Remastered is scheduled for release on September 29 on PC and consoles. The creators of "The Witcher 3: Gwent Remake" plan to release their project approximately 2-3 months after the remaster's release. In addition, support for the multiplayer modification Witcher Online is planned.
Currently, CD Projekt RED, together with Fool's Theory, is preparing an add-on for The Witcher 3 called Songs of the Past. It is planned to be released in 2027.
