Nikita Buyanov showed the PvE prestige menu in Escape from Tarkov - developers will refine the behavior and equipment of PMC bots

It is expected that PMC bots will appear significantly more often in raids.

Escape from Tarkov developers are currently preparing to launch the prestige system in PvE. This system will allow players to reset their progress and level up their “prestige level” to receive various rewards.

Battlestate Games boss Nikita Buyanov published several teasers of the PvE prestige menu in Escape from Tarkov on social media — players will be able to receive rewards identical to those for prestige in PvP mode, however, they will only be available in the PvE Zone.

The creators of Escape from Tarkov announced that update 1.2.0.0 includes improvements to the behavior and equipment of PMC bots in PvE mode — players will encounter them more often in raids:

The spread of PMC bots in raids will be smaller, and on average they will appear somewhat more often. The number of situations where they died before the player encountered them will be reduced due to changes in their attitude towards Scavs and other PMC bots.

In addition, the developers explain, PMC bots will be better distributed across locations during a raid, more often encountered at points of interest and quest zones, and more often engage in firefights with Scavs and players. PMC equipment will become “more diverse and logical.” For example, high-level bots will have better quality equipment and weapons compared to low-level ones. PMC equipment will be influenced by its faction; and PMCs can also be encountered in “The Lab.”
