Before the release of GTA VI, the Miami Heat basketball club will transform into Vice City and play a special match

The court will receive special Vice City-themed decorations.

The marketing campaign for Grand Theft Auto VI continues to gain momentum. It was recently announced that one of the basketball clubs will temporarily change its name – it will refer to the Rockstar Games franchise.

The Miami Heat will transform into Vice City and play a special match on November 18, i.e., one day before the release of Grand Theft Auto VI. Organizers have already opened ticket sales: the team's opponent will be the Milwaukee Bucks.

The match will take place at the Miami Heat (Vice City) home arena – Kaseya Center. For this event, special court decorations and a new version of the sports uniform will be prepared. In addition, the organizers announced “special activities” for spectators and more – details are promised to be shared later.

The organizers also presented “Vice City Collection” merchandise (various clothing and headwear with Vice City inscriptions).

Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled for release on November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. The developers have not yet said anything about the PC version of the game.
