The remaster of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was recently released, and not all players appreciated the graphical improvements. Users actively criticized CD Projekt RED for the “lifeless” picture.
Certain settings can help fix the situation, but those who wanted to find the “ideal options” faced a problem. During the setup process, it was not possible to immediately see how the changes affected the game, as the menu blocked the view.
An enthusiast under the nickname gleb63 drew attention to this problem and offered a convenient tool that will help when setting graphic parameters. It removes the opaque background from in-game menus, which allows you to see changes in the game world in real time while adjusting parameters.
In the initial version of the modification, the entire menu became transparent, but after reviewing feedback, gleb63 released an update and now the mod's effect extends only to the Graphics and HDR menus — other elements are rendered in normal mode.
The “Real-Time Graphics and HDR Menus Preview” modification for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt remaster is distributed free of charge via Nexus Mods.
