The updated version of The Witcher 3 showed a high result, considering that the original game was released more than ten years ago. The Witcher IV game director Kalemba noted that he is happy to see the continued interest in the series.
I'm so happy to see that The Witcher still gets so much love from players 11 years after release... and there are so many great things coming in the next few years related to this amazing universe!
The director's words are particularly interesting against the backdrop of CD Projekt RED's plans. Next year, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is expected to receive its third expansion, and in 2028, The Witcher IV is anticipated, which will begin a new chapter in the main saga.
If the plans are realized, fans could receive three major projects set in Andrzej Sapkowski's universe within three years.
