According to a leak from user Wumpus Central, Rockstar is preparing a large-scale advertising campaign in collaboration with the popular gaming messenger Discord. Players will be able to install a special application icon, change the color scheme, and use a unique font for displayed names.
The regular promotion will last until December 8, and Discord Nitro subscribers will get access to digital decorations until mid-February 2027.
In addition to cosmetic changes, traces of a special quest from the Discord Quests series were found in Discord's code. Its reward has not yet been revealed. Such events usually offer to perform certain actions, for example, stream the game to friends or interact with official materials in exchange for virtual gifts.
