It Takes Two to be released on Nintendo Switch 2 in a few days - update will be free

On October 15, It Takes Two will be released on Nintendo Switch 2. Owners of the original version will receive a free update.

The cooperative adventure It Takes Two, released in 2021, will receive a native version for Nintendo Switch 2 on October 15, 2026. Hazelight Studios is responsible for the development, and Electronic Arts is the publisher.

Ahead of the release, a new trailer was published, demonstrating the game's graphics on the Nintendo console.

Owners of It Takes Two for the first Nintendo Switch also have a nice bonus: they will be able to update the game to the Switch 2 version for free without repurchasing it.
