On November 5, 2026, a remake of the action-adventure game The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time will be released on Nintendo Switch 2. To prepare fans of the series for this important event, cosplayer ms.khmely published new photos.
During the photoshoot, conducted by photographer Leila “LASTIK” Askyarova, the model appeared as Zelda from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The team tried to capture the moment when Princess Zelda is covered with glowing crystals during the forbidden draconification ritual, which she undertakes to save Hyrule. To restore Link's broken Master Sword and imbue it with sacred power through millennia, Zelda voluntarily swallows the Secret Stone.
At this moment, her body is pierced by powerful streams of light and time magic, which visually manifest as sparkling crystals and scales. This radiant shell gradually envelops the princess and completely reconstructs her human form, transforming Zelda into an immortal Light Dragon.
By agreeing to this transformation, she consciously sacrifices her mind and personality, as this ancient ritual is considered absolutely irreversible (but Zelda was still able to regain her former appearance later).
