Following Prime 1 Studio, Max Factory also decided to delight fans of the manga "Berserk". It opened pre-orders for fixed-pose figures of Guts and Griffith, made of plastic.
Each collectible item will cost 12,000 Japanese yen (6362 rubles). And for 24,000 (12,724 rubles) Japanese yen, you can purchase a set containing both new items. Griffith's height with the stand is 23 cm, and Guts' length with the sword is 30 cm.
The figures are expected to be shipped in May 2027.
Guts is a harsh, pragmatic mercenary who, since childhood, has been accustomed to surviving in brutal battles, relying solely on his enormous sword and indomitable willpower. Griffith is his complete opposite — an ambitious, refined, and incredibly charismatic mercenary leader from the "Band of the Hawk" who is obsessed with an irresistible dream of obtaining his own kingdom at any cost.
The relationship between them evolves from a forced alliance to deep affection, and then transforms into destructive hatred. Initially, Griffith forcibly takes Guts into his squad, seeing in him a rare individual capable of resisting his will and sharing his inner loneliness.
Over time, they become best friends and comrades in arms: Guts sincerely admires his commander, and Griffith sees in him the only person for whom he is capable of forgetting his great goal. However, a tragic rift occurs when Guts decides to leave the squad to find his own path, which breaks Griffith's perfect control, leads him to an emotional breakdown, and pushes him to monstrous betrayal.
During the Eclipse, Griffith sacrifices his comrades to gain divine power, forever turning Guts into the revenge-obsessed "Black Swordsman".
