The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion adapted for modern PCs - the original game included in the GOG preservation program

The developers have fixed some technical issues and more.

After the release of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, some do not forget about the original version. Recently, representatives of the GOG store announced the inclusion of TES IV: Oblivion (2006) in the game preservation program.

Now The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion — Game of the Year Edition Deluxe should work without problems on modern platforms. The developers said that they included support for modern gamepads and other improvements in the update:

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion update adds all five localizations — English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish, support for modern gamepads and their “hot” connection (without PC reboot), optimized layouts for controllers, and also fixes Alt+Tab switching and eliminates memory leaks when configuring gamepad buttons.

In addition, the release of Ghostwire: Tokyo on GOG was announced (it was released on other services several years ago):

After the population of Tokyo disappeared without a trace due to a sinister occultist, the city found itself under the power of dangerous otherworldly creatures. Join forces with a powerful ghost driven by a thirst for revenge, master an arsenal of amazing abilities, uncover the mystery of the missing people, and challenge the unknown.
