The developers of the truck driver simulator Euro Truck Simulator 2 continue to tease new features for the upcoming 1.62 update. Recently, they decided to talk about new versions of the DAF XG+ truck.
Players will have access to the anniversary version of the DAF XG+ 30 Years in Czechia Edition, which is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of DAF's presence in the Czech market. The design of this model is inspired by the "brand's heritage." The traditional royal orange paintwork has been complemented with unique anniversary logos.
An anniversary interior and exclusive exterior elements will be available, such as a black air intake grille with painted trim and a black sun visor.
The DAF XG+ Sapphire Edition is painted in sapphire blue: "This version features a black DAF logo, side window trim, and a painted side chassis fairing for the 4x2 wheel configuration."
The DAF XG+ Emerald Edition received a Forest Dawn green paint job. This model will have a white logo, and the exterior includes a grille with painted trim and a body-colored sun visor. There will also be an exclusive interior "harmonizing with the green exterior."
The developers did not specify when they plan to release update 1.62 for Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Earlier, ETS 2 and American Truck Simulator launched the traditional Halloween event with holiday cargo deliveries: by completing challenges, players can get new themed items for truck decoration for their collection.
