Musicians talked about the remake of Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines, but fans refuse to believe it

Some players would like to see an improved version of the classic, but they find it difficult to imagine the return of the vampire RPG in current realities.

Recently, players once again remembered the first Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines, released in 2004. A user under the nickname Few_Interview8222 said that he attended a concert of the American industrial metal band Genitorturers. Their composition was included in the soundtrack of the original Bloodlines.

According to Few_Interview8222, one of the musicians mentioned a remake of Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines:

I went to a Genitorturers concert in Brooklyn, it was great. At some point, they asked us if we knew about VTM Bloodlines, and then said that a remake of this game is being prepared. Is this true?

Few_Interview8222 did not provide any recording — he suggests taking his word for it. Some participants in the discussion admit that the musicians could indeed have said something about "Bloodlines", but actually meant another game.

Last year, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 was released. There is a theory that musicians who are not immersed in the gaming industry could have simply confused the new game with a "remake" of the first part; and also they might not have known that Bloodlines 2 had already been released.
