The remakes of Resident Evil 2, 3, and 4 are now available on Nintendo Switch 2 in digital format, allowing players to revisit Raccoon City and relive key events of the series on a portable console.
In Resident Evil 2 and 3, Leon Kennedy tries to survive in a city engulfed by disaster, while Jill Valentine escapes from Nemesis. The fourth installment tells the story of Leon's first mission as a full-fledged US agent.
The release comes amidst the success of Resident Evil Requiem, whose sales have exceeded 8 million copies. The new versions will also help pass the time while waiting for the story expansion for Requiem, rumored to be released next year, and Resident Evil Veronica, officially scheduled for 2027.
