Many different projects are being created based on the famous game platform Roblox. However, such games often do not have the most outstanding graphics, but there are also projects that can pleasantly surprise with the quality of the picture.
For example, a teaser from Roblox developer "KooutroRBLX" recently went viral on social media. He shared a gameplay teaser of his project Nightshift. In the published video, he offers to evaluate a fragment of a car ride: it begins with an inspection of the car model, and then the camera approaches the tires and you can see "smoke" effects. After that, he starts driving around the city and sends the car into a controlled skid.
What they saw impressed the players — some thought that visually the new product looked like a remake of the cult racing game Need for Speed: Underground 2, and at first glance, it might have seemed like a simplified analogue of GTA VI to players. Not all participants in the discussion could believe that what was shown in the video was indeed a Roblox project and asked the question "how is this even possible?"
At the same time, according to KooutroRBLX, the initial priority for the Nightshift team was optimization for mobile devices. This project will also work on PC.
The release of the real Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled for November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
