In October, the developers of Escape from Tarkov launched the Scourge Invasion event. Players were once again invited to go on a raid in "The Lab" to complete several quests.
Now, Battlestate Games has expanded "Scourge Invasion" and prepared a new achievement. According to the storyline, the intense confrontation in The Lab continues: "PMCs hired by the Therapist continue to interfere with Ref's operation, and the underground complex attracts more and more attention."
If nothing changes, the in-game event "Scourge Invasion" in Escape from Tarkov will last until October 26, 10:00 AM Moscow time. Participants have the opportunity to add a unique achievement to their collection for completing the event's quest chain. Players who have already completed it will receive the achievement "in the near future."
The developers also made balancing adjustments to the parameters of Scourge and his retinue:
- Reduced health of all body parts;
- Decreased field of view;
- Increased bullet spread at range;
- Reduced enemy detection speed.
