It turns out the Crimson Desert expansion will not be released in Russia on October 29 — release roadmap revealed

Due to the time difference, an interesting release situation is unfolding for players from Russia.

The developers of Crimson Desert Enhanced are currently preparing to launch the Charting the Unknown premium expansion. Pearl Abyss studio recently published the release roadmap, and players from Russia noticed an interesting nuance.

Formally, the Charting the Unknown expansion will be released simultaneously on all platforms on October 29. However, due to the time difference for residents of Moscow and many other Russian cities, the release will technically take place “a day later” — the calendar will already show October 30, 2026 at that moment.

With the Charting the Unknown expansion, Crimson Desert Enhanced will feature many new possibilities. Players will be able to seek adventures not only on land, but also at sea; they will be able to explore underwater expanses, take part in boarding actions, develop relationships with characters, and engage in construction and property management.

You can add the Crimson Desert Enhanced: Charting the Unknown expansion to your wishlist on Steam via the following link. Pre-orders are already open: the developers have prepared a gift for early buyers — the “Explorer of the Unknown” diving and light diving suits.
