Mass Effect-style space adventures: 40 minutes of Exodus gameplay

The developers showed a mission to liberate an orbital platform, where the hero will have to fight the forces of his half-brother.

The creators of Exodus presented 40 minutes of 4K gameplay, showcasing a space RPG with interstellar travel, political conflicts, and decisions that affect the fate of entire communities.

The showcase focuses on the “Liberating the Kay” mission on Khonsu. A few hours into the story, protagonist Jun sets out to find parts for interstellar travel. Suliman Tenzin, the head of a powerful dynasty, can help him, but first, the hero must complete a dangerous mission.

Khonsu is an orbital defense platform protecting Jun’s homeworld, Lidon. A community of sentient frog-like Kay once lived there, but the facility was seized by the forces of Gideon Aslan, the protagonist’s half-brother. The player will have to fight the occupiers and attempt to liberate the platform.

The developers promise tough choices that will influence Jun’s growth and the future of his homeworld. Interstellar travel, political intrigue, and family conflicts may appeal to Mass Effect fans looking for a new ambitious sci-fi RPG.
