The creators of the long-haul truck simulator Euro Truck Simulator 2 continue to introduce the community to upcoming content. Recently, they reminded players about the Iceland expansion, which will bring the “land of fire and ice” (Iceland) to the game.
SCS Software has published a collection of screenshots and talked about a notable new feature — Transparent Water. It will debut in the Iceland DLC: players will be able to see rocks and terrain beneath the water surface, especially in shallow areas. In addition, the developers will add a “foam” effect to certain locations, such as fast-flowing rivers.
Furthermore, the creators of Euro Truck Simulator 2 included shots of ferries in the collection, which will be used to transport trucks between locations.
As usual, the shots in this showcase are “work in progress,” meaning they do not reflect the final quality of the game content.
