YouTube moderation continues to be an unpleasant surprise. Recently, Azur Lane fans noticed voice actress Hinata Yuki. Her channel was deleted — this is being linked to showcasing gameplay:
My YouTube channel with 250k subscribers was suddenly deleted. Oh no. There were so many precious memories of all of you; I feel very lonely...

Hinata Yuki tried to appeal, but YouTube rejected it. She clarified that she had only published gameplay videos:
The channel hosted exclusively gameplay videos of the official mobile game Azur Lane (demonstrating the costume-changing feature provided by the developers). It is evident that this is a false positive by the artificial intelligence system, which identified “sexual content.” Please have a human specialist conduct a manual review.
The voice actress is not giving up and hopes to reach someone at YouTube. Currently, she is posting content on “nicovideo” (a Japanese video hosting and streaming platform).
There are many revealing character designs in Azur Lane, so players are not surprised that YouTube's AI moderator reacted to “gameplay footage.”
