Players now have the opportunity to add A New Beginning - Final Cut to their GOG collection.
A new promotion recently kicked off in the GOG digital store. Daedalic Entertainment studio has started giving away A New Beginning - Final Cut.
The developers position their project as an adventure thriller that is “done in the style of graphic novels and worthy of a screen adaptation.” The story centers on former bioengineer Bent Svensson, who was forced to abandon his research into developing an alternative method of energy production.
He settled into a secluded life in the Norwegian forests, but his quiet existence is interrupted by a visit from Fay—she claims to have arrived from the future with a mission to prevent an impending climate collapse. According to her, Bent’s research is the “last hope for the climate in the future,” but it could fall into the hands of an energy tycoon who cares only about personal profit. Together, the heroes must save the world from catastrophe.
The GOG page for A New Beginning - Final Cut is available at the following link. The giveaway will run until November 2, 2026.
The game received “Mostly Positive” reviews on Steam, holding a 74% rating after more than 2,000 user reviews.
