Legendary skateboarder Tony Hawk kicked out of park while filming video for Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 anniversary

The crew managed to film several scenes.

Fans recently celebrated the 25th anniversary of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3. Famous skateboarder Tony Hawk also joined the celebration and decided to record a short video. To do this, he went to a well-known public space, where security had some questions for him.

The 58-year-old professional skateboarder posted a video on social media and admitted that he was kicked out of Pershing Square park (Los Angeles):

Fun fact: we got kicked out of Pershing Square during today's shoot.

Tony Hawk showed himself skating through real-life locations and then compared them with gameplay footage from Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3. However, the skateboarder did not recreate the tricks from the game.

Fans speculate that security simply might not have recognized Tony Hawk—this has happened to him before, as people cannot always believe that the real Tony Hawk is standing right in front of them.

Games in the franchise remain popular to this day. A few years ago, collections featuring the remastered Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater “1+2” as well as “3+4” were released, receiving positive reviews from players on Steam.
