Control Resonant receives its first major discount a month after release

Control Resonant has already dropped in price on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The game, which received high praise from both the press and fans, has not even been on the market for a month and a half.

One of the most notable games of the second half of 2026 has already dropped in price across all major platforms, even though just over a month has passed since its release.

Control Resonant was released on September 24, 2026, and can now be purchased significantly cheaper than its original price. The promotion launched simultaneously on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, although the discount amount depends on the platform.

Control Resonant is currently available with a 20% discount across all digital stores, including Steam and the Epic Games Store. However, the game is unavailable in the Russian segment of Steam, making it impossible to purchase directly on an account from the Russian Federation.

The new game expands the Control universe, sending players into a world of paranormal phenomena, unsettling mysteries, and threats that defy logic. The press praised many aspects of the project, though not without some criticism. Remedy fans praised the unusual supernatural situations and engaging plot, but complained about excessively high difficulty. Following the release, the developers issued an update that made some of the battles easier.
