(18+) Hell and High Water unveiled — a tabletop role-playing game set in the Trench Crusade universe

Through the standalone adventure Hell and High Water, which utilizes the rules of the Hollows tabletop role-playing game, gamers will once again be able to return to the Trench Crusade universe and join brave soldiers in pushing back the forces of Hell.

Publisher Rowan, Rook and Decard and the company Factory Fortress have unveiled the tabletop RPG Hell and High Water. It can already be purchased in PDF format for $10 (816 rubles). In addition, for $21.40 (1,746 rubles), you can pre-order a bundle that includes both the physical book and the PDF file.

Hell and High Water is a standalone adventure that uses the rules of the Hollows tabletop role-playing game. It is set in the brutal and grim universe of the Trench Crusade tabletop game — specifically on the Carrion Coast.

A band of Faithful soldiers meets their end on the salt- and mud-caked battlefields of the Carrion Coast and is pulled into the visions of the prophet Blessed Bartolomeo to wage posthumous battles against the forces of Hell: heretic captains, sea witches, legions of the damned, and an unearthly manifestation of the war-priest Charon himself.

The 64-page Hell and High Water book includes: full rules, a complete adventure, four deadly entities to fight, an entire world to explore, five ready-to-play Hunter characters, a battle map, and printable tokens.

Playing Hell and High Water does not require the Hollows core rulebook. The physical version of this adventure will be shipped to pre-order backers only in February 2027.

Additionally, it is worth noting that physical copies will first go on sale at the Dragonmeet festival on November 28, 2026, while the book will see its general release on November 30, 2026.
