Guild Wars is a fantasy MMORPG from ArenaNet studio released in 2005. The game features a tactical combat system and a wide selection of professions and skills.
More than 20 years after the release of the original Guild Wars, the game will receive a new expansion, Afterlife, which will be released on January 13, 2027, on PC and mobile devices.
The expansion will offer a new story set in the previously unknown region of Ksotecha. Players can expect new quests, allies, and enemies, along with a dynamic dungeon featuring a changing layout and contents.
Among the main new features is the ability to freely build the skill bar using abilities from any profession. This will allow players to experiment with various combinations and create their own custom combat builds.
You can experience the content of Afterlife either solo or together with other players. The expansion will broaden the scope of the original MMORPG while preserving the familiar format of cooperative adventures.
Pre-orders for Afterlife are already open. The release will take place on January 13, 2027.
