Publisher Mantic Games has announced the release of the board game Assassin's Creed Animus — The Board Game, designed for 2–4 players. The project is set in the Assassin's Creed universe, which back in 2025 raised £274,425 (30,207,167 rubles) on Kickstarter.

While it is hard to believe that this board game will be localized in Russia, its standard edition can currently be purchased for $65 (5,322 rubles), and the collector's edition for $229 (18,752 rubles).

In this competitive adventure game for 1–4 players, participants dive into the virtual realm of the Animus to explore different historical eras and compete with each other to eliminate Templar targets.
During the match, each player takes on the role of one of the legendary assassins, possessing a unique set of abilities, gear, and action cards. The gameplay is built around asymmetric mechanics that force players to adapt to the specifics of the chosen era.

To complete objectives and earn victory points, players use special “memory blocks”. At the same time, the game offers a flexible tactical approach: targets can be eliminated and rivals challenged either via stealth or by engaging in open combat.
