Blizzard will celebrate the franchise's 30th anniversary by destroying Diablo clones in Diablo II: Resurrected — “Legacy of Terror” event announced

Players will be able to fight various opponents and earn valuable loot.

This year, the Diablo franchise turns 30. Blizzard Entertainment has decided to organize a special event in Diablo II: Resurrected called Legacy of Terror. It is positioned as “six days of chilling surprises and lucrative opportunities” that will allow players to kick off Ladder Season 16 more spectacularly than ever.

• The game already features a chance to randomly encounter Diablo Clone instead of a superunique monster on Hell difficulty, and during this event, he is guaranteed to spawn every 6 hours.
• After defeating Baal on Normal, Nightmare, or Hell difficulty, all zones of that difficulty level will simultaneously become “Terror Zones.”
• Having defeated Baal on any difficulty, players will be able to head to the Rogue Encampment and enter a special cow portal that will remain accessible until the end of the event.

• When playing on any difficulty, slain monsters will sometimes revive as minions — Hell Bovines.
• During the event, magic find is increased by 100%, and all vendors will offer a 15% discount (it will be active across all difficulty levels and applies to purchasing unidentified items).

The “Legacy of Terror” event in Diablo II: Resurrected kicks off on November 14 and will run until November 20. It will be available in both ladder and non-ladder modes.
