In the remake of "Black Flag," we once again play as the pirate Edward Kenway, who travels the Caribbean during the Golden Age of Piracy. We have compiled the locations and conditions for obtaining all legendary or rare items for you. All to make your wanderings easier and help you acquire the best equipment in the game as early as possible.

How to get all legendary swords

There are many different swords available in the game. We tell you where to find the best ones — legendary — specimens.

Masterwork Blades

Can be purchased from the Treasure Merchant in the docks of Great Inagua for 5000 Reales.

To make the item available, you will have to upgrade the merchant to the last level.

To get the blades, you need:

boar hide — 6 pcs;
rabbit hide — 4 pcs;
aloe — 30 pcs.

Matched Golden Swords

Purchased from the Treasure Merchant in the docks of Great Inagua for 5000 Reales.

To make the item available, you will have to upgrade the merchant.

To get the blades, you need:

deer hide — 8 pcs;
crocodile leather — 12 pcs;
sugar — 20 pcs.

Lightserver's Blades

Purchased separately from the game as DLC for 9.99 dollars. The add-on is called Master Assassin and is included in the Deluxe Edition of the game.

Le Bourgeoys Blades

The weapon can be obtained by completing the quest "Art Lover". To do this, you will have to find 15 any art objects from all over the Caribbean and take them to Bernard.

Blades of Toledo

Purchased in the shop on Great Inagua for 24000 Reales.

To make the item available, you will have to upgrade the shop to the third level.

Ezio’s Swords

Purchased as DLC through the Animus exchange menu for 1500 Helix credits. You can access it through the pause menu, in your ship's cabin, or in the mansion on Great Inagua.

Altair’s Swords

Purchased as DLC through the Animus exchange menu for 1500 Helix credits. You can access it through the pause menu, in your ship's cabin, or in the mansion on Great Inagua.

Naoe’s Shadowblade

Purchased as DLC through the Animus exchange menu for 1500 Helix credits. You can access it through the pause menu, in your ship's cabin, or in the mansion on Great Inagua.

Blackbeard’s Crimson Swords

Item from the DLC called Crimson Pack. They are available as a pre-order bonus.

The Fortune Cutlass

Awarded after obtaining a treasure map, which is called "Treasure Map". You need to go to the coordinates indicated there and dig up a chest with these cutlasses.

Before getting the map, you need to find all 11 character portraits — they become available during the story, but you need to look for them in various locations after certain story sequences. Then hang them in Kenway's mansion in specific places and talk to Bernard, the butler.

Dual Cleavers

Purchased in the shop on Great Inagua for 19000 Reales.

To make the item available, you will have to upgrade the shop to the third level.

Order of Gold Pistol Sword

Purchased in the shop on Great Inagua for 29000 Reales.

To make the item available, you will have to upgrade the shop to the third level.

Persian Scimitars

Awarded for completing a treasure map called "Restored Weathered Map".

To get the map, you need to buy a basic map from a merchant in Great Inagua for 200 spices. Then you need to collect 5 map fragments from large chests in smuggler caves (Petit Cavern, Higüey, San Juan, Ambergis Key, and Annotto Bay) and restore the full map from the merchant for 150 spices and 500 Reales.

Then you need to go to the mysterious island and find the chest at coordinates (914, 124).

How to get all outfits

There are many outfits in the game that Edward can wear. We share information on how to find them all.

Important: all outfits are just cosmetic items that do not affect the main character's combat characteristics.

Duncan Walpole's Robes

Available from the beginning of the playthrough.

Edward Kenway's Robes

Unlocks as you progress through the story.

Brown Cloak Robes

Can be found in a chest in the southeast of Havana — in the governor's mansion at coordinates (204, 572).

Captain Morgan's Redingnote

Can be found in a chest on Black Island at coordinates (914, 618).

Pirate Cloak

Can be purchased from any regular merchant for 600 Reales.

Captain Drake's Outfit

Can be found in a chest on Sacrifice Island at coordinates (23, 552).

Connor's Outfit

Can be purchased for 3000 Animus keys through the Animus exchange menu. You can access it through the pause menu, in your ship's cabin, or in the mansion on Great Inagua.

Dark Animus Corsair Robes

Can be obtained after completing the "Eye in the Dark" project in the Animus tab.

Crimson Cloak

Can be found in a treasure chest in Annotto Bay at coordinates (590, 255). To access the chest, you need to find a treasure map in a warehouse in Havana.

Edward The Legend Outfit

Unlocks after completing the side quest "Former Glory".

Foreign Diplomat Disguise

Awarded during the "No Longer Governor" quest.

Governor's Outfit

Can be found in a chest in a warehouse in Nassau at coordinates (487, 11). To access the chest, you need to go to the southern part of Nassau and get the key from a guard, for which you will receive a treasure map.

Feline Pelt Outfit

After completing the story quest "Old, Old Bay", restore the treasure merchant's shop in your estate on Great Inagua. You can create this outfit there, for which you will need:

Ocelot hides — 2 pcs;
Jaguar hides — 6 pcs;
White jaguar hide — 1 pc;
Black jaguar hides — 2 pcs.

Yasuke's Yoroi

Unlocks as part of the "Deep Current" project in the Animus menu.

Naoe's Robes

To unlock, you need to reach level 12 in the "Dangerous Currents" project in the Animus.

Whaler Outfit

After completing the story quest "Old, Old Bay", restore the treasure merchant's shop in your estate on Great Inagua. You can create this outfit there, for which you will need:

Humpback whale hides — 2 pcs;
Orca hides — 2 pcs.

Shark Hunter Outfit

After completing the story quest "Old, Old Bay", restore the treasure merchant's shop in your estate on Great Inagua. You can create this outfit there, for which you will need:

Bull shark hide — 1 pc;
Hammerhead shark bone — 2 pcs.

Templar Armor

Unlocks after obtaining all Templar keys and opening the gates to Edward's estate.

You automatically receive the first key during the story by killing Julien DuCasse in the mission "A Lonely Madman". The other four keys are awarded for completing the side quests "Templar Hunt".

Stede Bonnet's Attire

To get the outfit, you need to complete the side quest "Captain Stede Bonnet". It is available after the mission "The Outcast" in sequence 8.

After completing it, go to the mansion on Great Inagua and read Bonnet's first letter near the fireplace. Then go in search of his abandoned ship on the Mysterious Island. The outfit can be found in a chest at coordinates (913, 124).

Shade and Shadow Robes

To get the outfit, you need to build a treasure merchant's building in Edward's estate on Great Inagua.

Then, by looting warehouses around the world, you need to find 4 fragments of a saved map, after which you return to the merchant in the estate to restore a full-fledged map — this will require 500 Reales and 150 tobacco.

After that, in the northwestern part of Sacrifice Island, you can dig up a treasure at coordinates (14, 554). It will contain the outfit, as well as the legendary artifact "Wooden Eye".

Stealth Outfit

To obtain it, you will have to complete half — 16 out of 32 — of the assassin contracts. They are taken from pigeon coops in each city.

Privateer Outfit

Can be purchased in the shop after completing sequence 4 for 3000 Reales.

Politician's Outfit

Can be purchased in the shop after completing sequence 4 for 3000 Reales.

Pirate Captain Outfit

The outfit can be obtained in two ways:

buy from the quartermaster in any shop for 8,000 Reales;
find in a chest in Ambergis Key cave at coordinates (30, 159).

Officer's Outfit

The outfit can be obtained in two ways:

get for completing the special trade mission "Gibraltar". To unlock this mission, send your ships to deliver goods to other regions;
find in a chest on Príncipe Island at coordinates (116, 11).

Merchant Outfit

Can be purchased in the shop after completing sequence 4 for 3000 Reales.

Mayan Outfit

To unlock the outfit, you need to find all 16 Mayan stones. To do this, you need to travel to the islands, find stone pillars, and solve visual puzzles.

Then you need to go to the Tulum location, find a dilapidated temple there, and insert the collected stones into a secret door. The outfit will be behind it.

Master Assassin Outfit

The outfit can be obtained by completing the quest "Art Lover". To do this, you will have to find 30 any art objects from all over the Caribbean and take them to Bernard.

Haytham Kenway's Overcoat

This outfit can be obtained by furnishing Edward's estate. To do this, you need to find all 11 character portraits — they become available during the story, but you need to look for them in various locations after certain story sequences.

Then hang them in Kenway's mansion in specific places and talk to Bernard, the butler.

Nomad's Bronze Ensemble

Can be obtained in the Ubisoft in-game store completely free of charge.

Where to find all pistols

There are 16 different pistols that the main character can use. They differ in combat characteristics, and the best ones — legendary — have a special ability. We tell you how to get them.

Dark Animus Corsair Flintlocks

Can be obtained after completing the Animus project "Eye in the Dark".

Characteristics:

range — 22;
aiming speed — 1.0;
ability: ricochet shots hit a second target.

Golden Flintlock Pistols

Purchased in the shop on Great Inagua for 18000 Reales.

To make the item available, you will have to upgrade the shop to the third level.

Characteristics:

range — 28;
aiming speed — 1.2;
ability: killing an enemy with a pistol briefly slows down time.

Gargoyle’s Breath

Awarded for completing a treasure map called "Restored Weathered Map".

To get the map, you need to buy a basic map from a merchant in Great Inagua for 200 spices. Then you need to collect 5 map fragments from large chests in smuggler caves (Petit Cavern, Higüey, San Juan, Ambergis Key, and Annotto Bay) and restore it from the merchant for 150 spices and 500 Reales.

Then you need to go to the mysterious island and find the chest at coordinates (914, 124).

ability: explosive shells (requires 100 Reales per shot).

Captain Drake’s Flintlocks

Can be purchased for 22000 Reales in a secret shop on an unnamed island northwest of Gibara at coordinates (550, 638).

ability: pistol shots instantly kill captains, except for bosses.

Rustic Flintlocks

Can be obtained in the in-game store completely free of charge.

Peaceful Means

Can be purchased for 5000 Reales from the treasure merchant in Great Inagua in the docks after you build his shop. For this you will need:

Where to find all elite blueprints for the Jackdaw

During the playthrough, you can and should upgrade your ship — the Jackdaw. Elite blueprints are best for this, as they will significantly strengthen your vessel. We will tell you where to get them: some will need to be found by exploring treasure maps, and some by searching yourself.

Powerful Harpoon

To get this blueprint, you need a treasure map, which can be found in a cave on Mariguana Island at coordinates (847, 514).

Then you need to go to Andreas Island and find the treasure on a small piece of land at coordinates (544, 693).

Incendiary Barrel Compartment

To get this blueprint, you need a treasure map, which can be found in a cave in Petit Cavern smuggler's cove at coordinates (862, 237).

Then you need to go to Tulum Island and find the treasure at coordinates (40, 372). Once you do this, the blueprint can be purchased from the port captain.

Mortar Shot Compartment

To get this blueprint, you need a treasure map, which can be found on Tortuga at coordinates (852, 352).

Then you need to go to Matanzas and find the treasure at coordinates (312, 617). It lies behind a large waterfall next to a Mayan stele.

Heavy Shot Compartment

Super Heavy Shot

To get this blueprint, you need a treasure map, which can be found on Ambergis Key at coordinates (28, 160).

Armored Hull Plating

While exploring the "San Ignacio" wreck site, instead of swimming to the diving bell immediately after the caves, you need to sink to the very bottom and swim all the way to the ship's wreckage. There, in the upper left part, there will be a breach, where a huge chest with the blueprint will be.

Maximum Number of Broadside Cannons

Can be found in the underwater location "Blue Hole" at coordinates (440, 145). The blueprint is located on the northern edge of the location — at the bottom, inside a destroyed sunken ship.

Bow Ram

Can be found in the underwater location, at the "La Concepción" wreck site, at coordinates (150, 271). The blueprint is located north of the diving bell — in a chest in the broken part of the ship.

Falconets

Can be found in the underwater location "Devil's Eye" at coordinates (456, 332). To find the blueprint, from the diving bell, you need to swim through the northern tunnel all the way to a large cave with air. There you need to turn left and go through a narrow passage, at the end of which is the desired chest.

Powerful Light Shot

Can be found in the underwater location "Kabah Ruins" at coordinates (738, 120). To find the blueprint, you need to get to the northern part of the map. To do this, you will have to swim through a system of tunnels.

But it's not easy: a strong current will hinder you. At the moment you hear the roar of water, you will need to hide in a recess on the right, otherwise you will be thrown back. After passing, you will enter an open hall where the coveted chest will be.
