Recently, Ubisoft rolled out update 1.2 for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, launching the “Ostara Festival” event in the game, which brought new quests to Valhalla and decorated the Viking settlement.
Unfortunately, players barely had time to admire the new decorations and check out the new quests, as along with all the goodies, the update brought a whole heap of technical issues affecting all platforms where the game is available.
In response to numerous player complaints about technical glitches and endless crashes, Ubisoft simply made the new quests unavailable and took down the decorations. The studio stated that these are all temporary measures and asked players to be patient while work is underway on a patch for the patch.
