Capcom has delayed the Resident Evil Village multiplayer mode until next year

Resident Evil Re:Verse has been delayed to 2022. The game was originally supposed to be released in July this year

Capcom has decided to postpone the release of Resident Evil Re:Verse, the multiplayer component of the shooter Resident Evil Village. Following a glorious gaming industry tradition, Capcom seasoned the delay announcement with promises to put the extra time to good use on optimization and various gameplay mechanics.

Resident Evil Re:Verse was originally scheduled to release in July 2021. Now the developers are in no hurry to announce even an approximate release window.

In Resident Evil Re:Verse, players engage in carnage across various maps, stepping into the shoes of famous heroes and monsters from the Resident Evil series.
