Release date and voice cast announced for Mario animated movie

The Super Mario Bros. animated feature film will arrive on December 21, 2022, in North America. The release date for our region is not yet known, but it might be the same.

Not only Nintendo is responsible for the project, but also the creators of “Minions”, the Illumination studio, so there is hardly any doubt about a top-notch presentation.

The creators are Illumination founder Chris Meledandri and Shigeru Miyamoto from Nintendo.

Here is the voice cast (actors voicing the famous characters):

• Chris Pratt - Mario
• Anya Taylor-Joy - Princess Peach
• Charlie Day - Luigi
• Jack Black - Bowser
• Keegan-Michael Key - Toad
• Seth Rogen - Donkey Kong
