According to well-known insider Shpeshal Nick, Microsoft's gaming division is preparing to release another collection similar to Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Which series will receive visual enhancements and be bundled together is not specified, but many believe it will be Gears of War.
Although this information has not been officially confirmed, we still venture to guess that if it turns out to be true, many players will be able to play Gears of War 2 and Gears of War 3 on PC. Both games currently remain exclusive to Xbox consoles and run on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S via backward compatibility.
