Xbox will fix the broken campaign in CrossfireX

The paid, story-driven part of the shooter was developed by Remedy, the creators of Alan Wake and Control. The multiplayer mode is available for free

The action game CrossfireX has become available on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles. The game's story campaign, in which the world’s two most powerful private military organizations are embroiled in an armed conflict, was developed by Alan Wake and Control creators Remedy.

The campaign is divided into two parts: Operation “Catalyst” and “Spectre”. Xbox Game Pass subscribers can download the first part completely free of charge, while “Spectre” will have to be purchased as an add-on.

However, some Game Pass subscribers have been unable to download “Catalyst”. Xbox is aware of the issue and promises to fix everything soon.
