A Ubisoft representative has debunked the myth that the company was allegedly developing a game about the vampire hunter Blade, which had recently begun actively circulating across the media space.
“Sorry to bust the rumor, but we are not making a Blade game, though we can't wait to see what our friends at Marvel Studios are cooking up for the movie coming out next year.”
Commenters under the post were exceedingly pleased that Ubisoft is not working on a game about the Marvel hero:
“Thank God!”.
“Truly good news”.
“Phew, bullet dodged”.
“No offense, but that's great” — “No, offend them, they deserve it”.
