Xbox Programming Director Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb announced that he is “taking a step back and working on the next chapter of my career”. Hryb worked at the company for 22 years.
“I want to thank the millions of gamers around the world who have included me as a part of their lives. Also, thanks to Xbox team members for trusting me to have a direct dialogue with our customers. The future is bright for Xbox and as a gamer, I am excited to see the evolution”.
“Thanks Larry for all you did to make Xbox what it is today”, — wrote Geoff Keighley.
“Incredible impact and always positive. Pleasure working with you”, — Blizzard head Mike Ybarra said goodbye to Hryb.
