Consoles cannot handle it. Dragon’s Dogma 2 will run at 60 fps only on PC

Console versions of the action RPG will feature an uncapped frame rate, so it will definitely fluctuate between 20 and 40 fps

Dragon's Dogma 2 game director Hideaki Itsuno stated that the game will run at 60 frames per second exclusively on PC, thereby confirming rumors that have been circulating online for some time.

Capcom did not set a 30 frames per second cap for the console versions of the game, which means players will get between 20 and 40 fps on average, depending on the intensity of the scene and the amount of visual effects on screen.

DSO suggests that Capcom simply prepared for the PlayStation 5 Pro this way, but considers it unlikely that Sony will introduce a console powerful enough to handle Dragon's Dogma 2 at 60 fps.
