The closed beta testing of Sea of Thieves has started on PlayStation 5 and will run until April 15. All players who pre-ordered any edition of the naval action game are invited.
Beta participants will be able to earn experience, renown, currency, and cosmetics as part of Season 11, and then carry everything over to the final version of the game, which will become available on April 30.
The developers also asked users not to get upset about queues when connecting to servers struggling to cope with the influx of new players.
