Players from Russia and Belarus can now top up their Steam wallet via VK Play

The fee is 12%. Steam balance top-ups are also available to residents of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.

VK Play has added a Steam electronic wallet top-up system. The digital platform accepts Russian ruble cards, and the fee is 12%.

Topping up game balances is available for players from Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
