GTA Online Introduces New Cayo Perico Survival Mode Featuring Waves of Zombie Conquistadors, Panthers, and More
The developers have prepared a challenge for players in Grand Theft Auto Online. A consolation prize is provided for those who fail.
Rockstar Games has introduced another Grand Theft Auto Online update. This time, the developers decided to remind players about Cayo Perico.
The community is invited to participate in the new Cayo Perico Survival mode, fending off an attack by zombies (the undead), including: "...conquistadors with muskets, panther tamers with their pets, entire crowds of splitting zombies, and more. Fight your way through the horde of hellish creatures to the runway and pray that the plane doesn't take too long to arrive."
It is noted that even participants who do not survive the first wave will receive an "I Survived Cayo Perico" souvenir t-shirt for attempting to repel the attack of reanimated ravers. For repelling all ten waves of enemies by September 10 inclusive, you can receive a "Buccaneer" costume and a reward of GTA $100,000.
