The testing will last 30 days, and participants will have to spend at least an hour a day in the game and fill out report forms.
Bungie is inviting players to participate in the longest test to date of the extraction shooter Marathon. The testing will last 30 days, from September 8 to October 7, and will include daily game sessions.
The company has sent out invitations by email, offering players who have previously expressed interest in testing to join the fully remote playtest. Participants will need to play for at least one hour a day during the specified time windows: from 01:00 to 05:00 Moscow time on weekdays and from 00:00 to 06:00 on weekends. For successfully completing the entire test and providing feedback through daily and weekly surveys, participants will receive a gift card for $500 (just over 40,000 rubles at the current exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation). If a player only completes part of the program, the amount of the reward will be proportional to the number of days completed.
Participation in testing is by invitation only, and Bungie emphasizes strict adherence to the non-disclosure agreement (NDA). To get a chance to participate in future tests, players are advised to activate the option to participate in research in their Bungie account settings and follow updates in their email.
