Delta Force has reached consoles, but players still had reasons for dissatisfaction. Developers promise to fix the issues in the near future.
PS5 and Xbox Series X|S users found the console version of Delta Force to be stripped down. The developers are aware of the shortcomings and have announced upcoming fixes.
Team Jade said that the next major seasonal update will add keyboard and mouse support on consoles. This will automatically enable crossplay. At the same time, the team will strictly combat adapters such as XIM MATRIX, Cronus Zen, AIMZENIX, and others that allow using a mouse without crossplay. The developers will continue to improve anti-cheat for safe gaming on consoles.
The following will also be added to the game:
- Movement improvements: full support for analog control for more natural and optimized control.
- Shooting settings: shooting effectiveness is currently affected by many factors, including latency, frame rate, controller settings, and aim assist mode. It is planned to optimize each aspect in the following versions to ensure smoother and more accurate controller control
Performance will also be improved in the next update:
- Performance mode will support more fps on all consoles, including Xbox Series S.
- PS5 Pro users will receive PSSR support for clearer graphics and stability.
A gyroscope aiming option will also be added, but it will be implemented later.
