Promotional materials for the iPhone Air mentioned the "best mobile game" according to Gamescom 2025.
The anime-style role-playing game Arknights: Endfield will likely be released later than some fans had hoped. The official iPhone Air page temporarily mentioned that the game would be released "in early 2026." This wording was later removed, replaced with the standard disclaimer about possible changes to the release date.
There are still no specific dates on the official Arknights: Endfield website — the last update was in February 2025. The studio has been virtually silent since the closed beta testing ended.
Even at Gamescom 2025, where the project received the title of "best mobile game," Hypergryph representatives did not reveal new details — they only showed a demo version behind closed doors.
By 2026, Endfield will face serious competition. Duet Night Abyss will be released in November, and the mysterious "gacha-GTA" Neverness to Everness may arrive by the end of the year, while HoYoverse is preparing to launch Honkai: Nexus Anima. While Hypergryph remains silent, players' attention may shift to other high-profile new releases in the genre.
