Marvel is fueling interest in the most ambitious film in the cinematic universe — this time with a mysterious image posted by the Russo brothers.
The film "Avengers: Doomsday" remains one of the most mysterious projects in the MCU — despite the fact that filming has been underway for several months. Marvel hardly publishes any materials from the set and still does not reveal the plot, so any detail causes a stir among fans. This time, the attention was drawn to a picture with several blurry white lines on a black background.
The Russo brothers posted a new photo from the set on social networks and accompanied it with the phrase "Doomsday is coming." The image is believed to be notes on Reed Richards' board, who is trying to unravel the mysteries of the multiverse in the film "Fantastic Four: First Steps."
Given that "Doomsday" will unite the heroes of the main MCU with characters from other franchises — including "Fantastic Four," "X-Men," and "Thunderbolts" — it is logical to assume that the board may contain calculations related to travel between alternative realities.
Some fans are also confident that Chris Evans may return to the role of Steve Rogers — including because the actor has recently regained the physical shape characteristic of his former image.
The premiere of "Avengers: Doomsday" is scheduled for December 18, 2026.
