This will be the first open testing of the MMO shooter.
GFA Games studio has announced its intention to hold an open beta of its MMO shooter PIONER in October this year. According to the developers, this will be an important stage in the development of the shooter. GFA Games did not name the start date of the beta.
Pioner combines a first-person shooter with the mechanics of a massively multiplayer role-playing game, where the emphasis is on survival. Players will be able to complete story quests to uncover the secrets of the game world, or engage in PvP battles for control of territories. Special attention is paid to choice: the actions of the characters affect personal history, and social interactions and community shape the narrative, potentially changing the game universe itself.
One of the key elements will be factions — each with unique goals, ideology, and rewards.
