Sony allegedly doesn't want to involve other studios.
During a recent Game Mess podcast with Jeff Grubb and Giant Bomb owner Mike Minotti, the topic of console game ports to PC was raised. When Bloodborne was mentioned, Minotti stated that Sony "can't work on the project without FromSoftware, and the studio is currently busy," implying Elden Ring Nightreign and the upcoming The Duskbloods, which the studio is making for Switch 2.
Grubb added that, according to information from his sources, FromSoftware doesn't want to "work on the project with Sony" in principle.
